Service Level Agreement (SLA) 2021 Sample Deposit

Deliver the BBH Code and / or refuse to accept deposits. Within 4 working days
Receive a sample deposit service, not more than 30 samples at a time.
SLA starts from the date of the sample arrives at the Fungarium office and the staff post the number to receive the sample.
Inform the customer E-mail, the date of receiving the sample number. Begin counting the SLA.
